The hotel is conveniently located next to the railway station and the main square. The staff was excellent, very helpful. The guest room had a huge terrace, a bathroom, and a mini bar fridge, which I liked.

location is perfect, pillows were very comfortable, air conditioning and TV were very good and fact that it had a blind was to be welcomed. In the surroundings there are food stores that for unexpected events came very well.
hotel was generally very old-fashioned, maintenance left a lot to be desired (the water from the shower came out everywhere, amount of lime in the sink made everything splash, doors were sagging, skirting boards were broken). few light bulbs and because the room overlooked an inner courtyard in daylight it was impossible to see anything. They had no toiletries, no glass, no toilet brush, not even a fridge when lower class hotels do have one. Mattresses with springs removed, paper walls without any exterior insulation. Stains on the floor, walls and furniture gave the impression of a lack of cleanliness and air conditioning was full of lint. day after we stayed they removed the pool which they did not report at any time. corridors were labyrinthine, poorly lit and less well signposted. Even with the "Please do not disturb" sign they came in to clean, is appreciated but just that day we did not want them to come in. I asked for my Genius advantage to be able to leave two hours later, they did not answer me before I arrived and when I told them at the arrival they said that I could leave an hour later at the most. They should improve a lot.

Thanks very much for a really enjoyable experience, I would recommend it. Everything is good, liked my time here.- The staff are attentive, managed the parking on site.- The property is based in the centre of the town.- A great bar does the trick.

attention of the staff was exceptional. They changed our room without any problem, we went ahead with the check in without any problem and they helped us very kindly to take the car out of the parking lot, is narrow and has a ramp that prevents a lot of maneuvering. In spite of the fact that we were demonstrating because of a labour conflict between the company and workers (the workers have been denouncing the non-payment of their salaries for a long time) the treatment and welcome was excellent. Without a doubt the best thing about the hotel. Next to the location, it is great located in the center of Jerez.
In a first room we asked for change because the toilet bowl was loose. facilities in general seem a little bit run down, although everything is very clean. Our shower had no screen and toilet was leaking. toilet chain was stuck and we had to insist that the water was not lost.

Welcome sherry, Roomy bedrooms. Free internet in lobby.
Little ramp to wheel suitcases up the 3 or 4 stairs to the lift from the lobby would be helpful. (There is wheelchair access to lift, but not suitcase access.)

The hotel is located close to the city centre and is ideal for looking around the old town and visiting the 2 main bodegas.
The hotel does not have a bar and the drinks service in the hotel foyer is very limited. The third bed in a room is a sofa bed and leaves very little space to get in and out of either bed.

Location, price, spacious room, friendly staff
Was advertised in Booked.net as a four star but turned out to be a three star hotel! Breakfast was poor, charged €10 on line then discovered menus price of €7. Hotel is looking very tired in need of modernisation. TV sets were very old With limited channels.

The Hotel Trafalgar had an excellent location within walking distance of the Railway & Bus Station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable with a huge terrace, which was terrific for enjoying the warm weather. Additionally, the breakfast spread offered a variety of cereals to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
Everything was perfect.

The location of this hotel was excellent, just a short walk to the centre and there is parking at the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and I though very good value for money.
The towels were useless, could not dry yourself with them. I was in a ground floor room next to a cobbled street so there was plenty of road noise, ask for a room on a higher floor. The WiFi had no signal in the room.

Great location, close to the Villamarta theatre and right in the town centre. Safe area and short walk to cathedral and tourist sites. There is a 24 hr front desk and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you can get a good price then this is a good deal hotel. It is very basic and not particularly interesting but clean. I didn't try the breakfast so can't comment but there are plenty of places to eat nearby for next to nothing and a late night convenience store next door. The cafe across the square was good for breakfast and only €3. My room was right on the square and my first thought was that it would be too noisy -there are buses and people out late on weekends but actually it was fine.
There is no laundry service which is quite inconvenient for a long stay. The tv signal was poor so didn't end up using it. There are blankets for bedding which I'm not keen on.

The location
The room and furnishings were of the quality of a basic spanish hostal, I paid more for comfort so was very disappointed. The corridors were labyrinthine, with trip-over carpets, and involved walking across an outside gangway. No double bed but two twins pushed together with inevitable ever increasing gap. Asked for extra blankets and one was worn/torn and had something spilt on it. Absolutely incredible that the high season price is €250, barely worth €50. There are many better cheaper places to stay in this area.
